Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using WeBuyZA's services. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About WeBuyZA

WeBuyZA is a trading name of Buyza, a company registered in South Africa. We operate a cross-border personal shopping and business services platform connecting customers in Zimbabwe with South African retailers. All services are facilitated via WhatsApp.

By using our services — including placing an order, requesting a quote, or engaging with our WhatsApp chatbot — you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Our Services

WeBuyZA offers the following services:

All service fees and shipping costs are confirmed in a written quote via WhatsApp before any payment is requested. No payment is taken without your explicit confirmation.

3. Ordering Process

All orders are placed and managed via our WhatsApp Business account. The ordering process is as follows:

An order is only confirmed once full payment has been received. WeBuyZA reserves the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within 24 hours of the payment link being sent.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment is accepted via secure payment link only. No cash or direct bank transfer payments are accepted.

Service fees are calculated as a percentage of the product value as follows:

Shipping costs are estimated based on weight tier and confirmed in your quote. Final shipping cost may vary slightly if the actual weight differs from the estimate. Any difference will be communicated before dispatch.

5. Delivery

All orders are delivered to our Harare collection point:

Door-to-door delivery within Harare is available at an additional cost, confirmed in your quote.

Most orders are ready for collection within 5–10 business days from order confirmation. Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on retailer stock availability, shipping conditions, and border clearance. WeBuyZA is not liable for delays caused by third parties including retailers, couriers, or customs authorities.

You will be notified via WhatsApp when your order is ready for collection. Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. WeBuyZA reserves the right to charge a storage fee for orders not collected within this period.

WeBuyZA acts as a personal shopping intermediary. We are not the retailer, manufacturer, or courier. Our liability is limited to the service we provide — sourcing, purchasing, and delivering your order.

WeBuyZA is not liable for:

Once an item is handed to our logistics partner for cross-border shipment, WeBuyZA's direct liability for physical damage is limited. Damage claims will be assessed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Business Services Terms

Company Registration

WeBuyZA facilitates CIPC registration on your behalf. We do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate. WeBuyZA is not liable for delays caused by CIPC processing times. The R5,000 fee covers our facilitation service only and is non-refundable once the registration process has been initiated.

FNB Business Account

WeBuyZA facilitates the account opening process on your behalf. Account approval is subject to FNB's own terms and eligibility criteria. WeBuyZA cannot guarantee account approval. The R2,500 fee covers our facilitation service and is non-refundable once the process has been initiated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of WeBuyZA's services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

WeBuyZA reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
