WeBuyZA is a trading name of Buyza, a company registered in South Africa. We operate a cross-border personal shopping platform serving customers in Zimbabwe via WhatsApp.

To facilitate company registration or FNB account opening where requested

South African retailers — we provide your order details to the relevant retailer to facilitate your purchase.
Our logistics partner — we share your order and delivery details with our cross-border shipping partner to facilitate delivery to Harare.
Payment processor — payment is processed through a secure third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.
CIPC and FNB — for business service customers, we share the documents and information you provide with the relevant South African institutions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

Your data is shared only with parties directly involved in fulfilling your order. It goes no further.

5. WhatsApp and Meta

Our services are delivered via WhatsApp Business, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. By communicating with us on WhatsApp, your messages are subject to Meta's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We encourage you to review Meta's privacy practices at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

WeBuyZA does not share your WhatsApp data with Meta beyond what is inherent in the normal use of the WhatsApp Business platform.
